Spelling
Take the spelling test by asking your student to write the words they have been learning this week.
Main Activity
On Day 5, take your spelling test.
Over the next two lessons, read chapters 11 and 12 with your student, and respond to the questions in the same way you did with chapter 10.

Please watch the following video that will re-cap prior learning of pronouns, including what they are and why they are needed in sentences.
Turn to page 26 in Nelson Grammar Pupil Book 3 - Unit 11 Pronouns. Work through the information in the purple box at the top of the page.
Clarify that your student understands that pronouns are used instead of a noun, and can give you some examples of pronouns.
Ask your student to complete ‘Focus’, ‘Practice’ and ‘Extension’ on pages 26 and 27.
