For the remainder of Year 3 Part 2, use the Making Spellings Memorable resource to focus on this week's spellings.
Main Activity
Ask your student to tell you what they have learnt about myths so far.
Also, go over how to write direct speech.
From the Myths Quick Write Activity choose a picture that your student is most interested in and complete the activity in each box. The ‘Collecting Vocabulary’ box could be useful when writing a myth for Assignment 6.
Once they have finished, and if there is time, can they finish the story about the picture?
