Main Activity

Turn to page 44 in Abacus 4 Textbook 1.

Watch Column Addition (YouTube) if needed.

Further to the previous lesson, ask your student to complete the calculations on the page. Point out that the β€˜Think’ section involves using four digit numbers, but the method of addition of these will still be the same, working from right to left, column by column.
