**Welcome to your eighteenth speaking and listening lesson.**Before your next lesson there are some tasks to do:
- Ensure your microphone and speakers are working on the laptop/ipad/phone you are planning to use for the lesson.
- Note down the agreed time and day of your first lesson.
On completion of your speaking and listening lessons:
The following options are available:
- Take no further Speaking & Listening lessons.
- Continue with Speaking & Listening lessons by re-enrolling on the Speaking & Listening course and having a further 18 lessons. The expiry date of this course will match the current English or English as a Second Language course you are taking. To re-enrol on this course contact your SPM.
- For those who want more Speaking & Listening lessons but feel that 18 more lessons are too many (perhaps you have completed part 1 & 2 of your English/E2L course at this point, for example), we have a HALF-COURSE version of this Speaking & Listening in the English Language course. It works in the same way as the full course but comprises 9 lessons instead of 18, and there is no need for Lesson 1 to be a ‘Getting to Know You’ lesson as this is a continuation of prior lessons. The expiry date of this course will match the current English or English as a Second Language course you are taking. To re-enrol on the half-course contact your SPM.
